Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Member Support Services, LLC (MSS) to identify the organization’s Chief Operations Officer (COO). MSS is an innovative shared-services organization created by credit unions to deliver the same scale advantages and operational capabilities typically available to large, multibillion-dollar financial institutions. Entering a period of significant growth – propelled by expanding partnerships and a proven model – MSS seeks an entrepreneurial, operations-focused leader with banking industry experience and a track record managing complex multi-client operations to lead MSS’s in-house and offshore functions.
The COO will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of MSS and the experience of its clients and their members. This executive will oversee all operational aspects of MSS’s services, ensuring excellence in execution, scalability, and member experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, driving performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across the organization.
