We’re seeking a Senior Surety Underwriter to join a growing MGA, supporting the launch of a new surety practice in Canada and the U.S. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day underwriting of construction and bid bonds, conducting financial analysis, and adhering to established guidelines while working alongside experienced sales and underwriting consultants.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction surety underwriting experience for a carrier or MGA, a strong mix of new business and renewal account experience, and is excited to help build and scale a program.
