Due to internal promotions, and the evolution of its organizational structure based on growth, Salem Five is seeking a talented Assistant Controller to oversee the daily management and operations of the accounting department. Reporting directly to the Controller, the Assistant Controller is responsible for all financial records of the Bank and monitoring the annual budgeting process while providing critical leadership to a team of seven direct reports.
