AVP of Compensation (Hybrid)

 

Our life and retirement services client, with offices in Montpelier, VT and Dallas, TX, is looking for an AVP-level Head of Compensation to join their team! Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this energetic and influential leader will lead the compensation team and partner with other members of the executive team to ensure that all compensation programs are aligned with business goals and objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of diverse Total Compensation experience including designing company-wide compensation plans and developing and implementing sales and investment compensation strategies within insurance, as well as the proven ability to manage communication strategies and collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders.

 

This role can be performed on a hybrid basis from either the TX or VT office and comes with a competitive salary/bonus/LTI and room for growth! Relocation is also possible for the ideal candidate.
