Branch Manager
Position Overview:
Our client, a leading plumbing, hydronic heating, and waterworks wholesale distributor, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its local operations. The Branch Manager will bring together sales leadership, operational expertise, financial accountability, and people development to create an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.
As an established, family-owned organization, our client has built a strong reputation around relationships, service, and a commitment to doing what is right for its customers. The Branch Manager will have a direct impact on the success and growth of the local operation while supporting the customers and communities it serves.
Job Description:
The Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for branch performance, including sales, operations, customer service, profitability, safety, and team development. The Branch Manager will set the tone for the branch by establishing clear expectations, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strong performance, addressing issues as they arise, and holding the team accountable for delivering on commitments.
This individual will also partner closely with senior leadership and other departments throughout the organization to execute business strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure branch activities remain aligned with broader company objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strong business leader who understands that sales and operations go hand in hand. This individual will be responsible for growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, developing a high-performing team, managing expenses and profitability, and ensuring the branch operates safely and efficiently.
