The next CEO will partner closely with the Board of Directors to execute a strategic vision centered on digital innovation, sustainable growth, financial empowerment, and organizational excellence. With a focus on independence, technology leadership, equity, and member engagement, this is a rare opportunity for a purpose-driven executive to lead a high-performing, mission-driven institution as it targets $2 billion in assets over the next five years.
The Chief Executive Officer position at Salal Credit Union offers a competitive base salary range of $440,000 to $550,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, the role is eligible for an annual performance-based incentive, targeted at 20% of base salary, contingent on the achievement of individual and organizational goals.
