As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Chief Financial Officer provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Bank’s financial operations and long-term financial goals. Serving as the principal financial advisor to the President/CEO and Board of Directors, this role directs all aspects of financial management, including investment portfolio oversight, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, asset/liability management, regulatory reporting, and coordination with external auditors. Compensation range includes a base salary between $170,000-$251,000.
