The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and performance of the Marketing Division at Salem Five. This executive will lead a seasoned, collaborative team across brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, CRM, customer insights, events, and community engagement.

We are looking to identify a strategic, innovative, and pragmatic leader with a proven ability to drive brand, customer and revenue growth, deepen customer engagement, and lead cross-functional initiatives – all within a resource-conscious culture. This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring strong collaboration across the bank’s business units and a direct impact on the institution’s continued evolution.
