Reporting to the EVP, Chief Lending Officer, the SVP, Commercial Lending Team Leader provides leadership and management to a team of Commercial Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers. The Team Leader is responsible for guiding the team to achieving the desired commercial loan origination goals, deposit growth objectives and other loan referral goals as defined in the Bank’s Business Plan, as well as handling the most complex credits and financially sophisticated borrowers in pursuit of the same.
