Our client, a growing habitational-focused MGA, is seeking a Commercial Property Underwriter to join an existing team of strong production focused underwriters. This role will own a book of business across both new business and renewals, working directly with assigned retail agencies, driving submission flow, conducting quarterly agency reviews, and proactively identifying underwriting opportunities and risks.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial/ E&S property underwriting experience (habitational preferred but not required), a relationship-oriented personality, being self- sufficient, and a sales minded approach is key. The team is growing quickly, with expansion into broader property segments, offering long-term mobility.
