Our client, Bath Savings, is a $1.3B mutual savings bank, based in Midcoast Maine. The Compliance Officer will serve as Chair of the Compliance Committee and be a subject matter expert for all applicable federal and state banking laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance. In addition, the Compliance Officer will develop and perform compliance monitoring programs to meet compliance objectives for all departments of the bank.
