Reporting to the Vice President of Deposit Operations, the Director is responsible for leading and developing the deposit operations team and overseeing a broad range of operational functions that create an excellent experience for our customers.
This position provides direction of deposit, call center, and electronic banking operations. Effectively managing risk mitigation and compliance, maximizing team efficiencies, and running cross-functional projects alongside the Vice President and other key business partners.
This is a full-time, regular, exempt, Chicago-based hybrid position. This position has responsibilities that will require being in the office on a weekly basis. This could mean 1-2 days most weeks and possibly more days when meetings and other events are happening.
