Director of Human Resources

Our successful and well-known property & casualty claims solutions client is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director to join either their Dallas, Atlanta, or Tampa location.

 

This director role will manage a team of three for a 250-employee company made up of W2 & 1099 employees in all 50 states. You must have at least 8 years of experience managing a high growth organization that see a lot of turn over with 1099 staff, negotiating benefit plans and managing open enrollment, assessing employee performance, payroll/ commissions, vendor partners, with M&A experience a massive plus!

 

You don’t need to have insurance claims knowledge to be considered but true people management experience, a proven track record to operate an HR department remotely, and success handling a company size between 200-500 employees is required.
