Director of Pension Risk Transfer Support Services
Our Retirement Services client with offices in Stamford, CT and Frederick, MD, is looking for a Director of Pension Risk Transfer Support Services to join their team! This person will be responsible for leading the team that handles all post sale and in-force business operations, implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives and projects, and collaborating with other department heads in this high visibility role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and expertise in defined benefits pension plans, pension risk transfer administration knowledge, the ability to understand and interpret pension contracts, as well as people management and operations experience with the ability to influence and create a positive team environment.
This role will require at least 2 days per week in either the CT or MD office, comes with a competitive salary and room for growth!
