Employee Benefits Account Manager – Partially Remote (FL based)


 Our client, an insurance agency and brokerage firm with offices in Orlando and Tampa, is looking to add an Employee Benefits Account Manager to strategically manage assigned clients’ employee benefits plans. This includes developing programs and initiatives that support the client’s goals and objectives, educating clients on the regulatory environment and assisting with compliance issues, coordinating and overseeing the renewal process, and using data to make recommendations for improvement.


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience servicing employee benefits, enjoy building relationships and helping others, and have great attention to detail with strong financial acuity.


This role will require 2-3 days per week in either the Orlando or Tampa office, comes with a competitive salary with bonus potential, and the ability to grow your career with a great team.
