The New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) Network has nearly 60 years of experience in helping New Hampshire families plan and pay for higher education. The NHHEAF Network aspires to be recognized as a capable, trusted, and innovative leader in educational loan services that enhance the promotion, advancement, and support of higher education for their state and region. As such, they provide K – 12 and postsecondary students and schools with expertise in every aspect of the student loan industry.
The General Counsel will be a member of and key strategic advisor to the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees, and will provide oversight and direction in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of legal risks associated with NHHELCO’s assets, reputation, and strategic objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative legal professional licensed in NH, preferably with experience addressing financial services or lender licensing-related activities.
