Our growing boutique reinsurance broker is in need of a Head of Client Services to takeover the management of an existing client services team that is supporting a mix of producing brokers across MGA, carrier, and ILS business.
This role requires 15 years minimum working in a client solutions driven role within a traditional reinsurance broker to help the company scale and implement new processes and technologies to better service their accounts and better support their brokers to attract and maintain business.
This is a fully remote role, comes with equity, and is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial and enjoys a fast paced environment that embraces new ideas.
