Head of Distribution, Sports & Entertainment

Our client, a rapidly growing MGA platform backed by a leading private equity firm, is growing their existing and very successful Sports & Entertainment portfolio reach – and seeking an experienced Business Development executive to drive commercial growth across retail and wholesale distribution channels.

 

If you have deep experience in the sports and entertainment insurance space (clubs, youth sports, live events, special events, facility risks etc. and mix of property, casualty, accident & health), have wholesale/retail relationships to leverage with proven production success, and a strong command of the sports and entertainment industry’s key players and distribution dynamics – then contact Colin Morgan to learn more!

 

This role is highly autonomous and will play a key role in building a reputation for the platform beyond its already strong inbound pipeline. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing hundreds of brokerage relationships, identifying new channel opportunities, and accelerating growth across embedded, retail, and direct channels in the Sports & Entertainment space.

 

The role is fully remote and open to candidates nationwide. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with performance-driven upside and the opportunity for equity participation in the Sports & Entertainment vertical.
