Marketing Analyst Manager

Position reports to FVP, Senior Product Development Manager (Marketing) and serves as the Marketing Analytics Manager for the Marketing department. The candidate will implement and use data segmentation and analytics tools to create customer segments and provide near real time personalized offers to customers. Partners to develop marketing offers for acquisition and retention as well as optimization strategies in collaboration with the Marketing, Digital, and Finance teams. Partners with Product lead and establishes digital and omni channel acquisition and retention capabilities. The candidate will provide insights for advancing the marketing investment optimization across products, channels, and programs. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas and topics across the bank including product acquisition, marketing, and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
