Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by Profile Bank to lead the search for its next President & CEO. Founded in 1907, Profile Bank is a mutual community bank with approximately $311 million in assets and five offices across southeastern New Hampshire. The Bank combines personalized service, local decision-making, and a people-first culture with a commitment to gathering deposits locally and reinvesting those funds through loans that support individuals, families, businesses, and communities throughout its market.
Reporting to and serving on the Board of Directors, the President & CEO will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Profile Bank. In partnership with the Board and senior leadership team, the CEO will update and execute the Bank’s strategic plan, focus the organization on improved profitability, operating efficiency, modernization, and responsible growth, and ensure the Bank remains safe and sound. This leader will develop and empower the management team, strengthen accountability and succession planning, represent Profile Bank effectively with key stakeholders, and reinforce its people-first, relationship-focused culture and commitment to exceptional service and local decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded community banking executive who is approachable, collaborative, and growth-minded. This individual should bring broad banking knowledge and the judgment to establish direction, empower leaders, strengthen accountability, and preserve the relationship-focused culture that distinguishes Profile Bank.
