Our tech-forward MGA and Program Administrator client is seeking a President to lead day-to-day operations, oversee M&A integrations, drive operational strategy, and unlock growth, of their existing Sports & Entertainment portfolio. This role will act as the connective tissue across underwriting, finance, ops, and regulatory oversight, allowing for effective market expansion of the current $70M portfolio and team of 25.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience as a CFO, CUO/ COO or President/ CEO guiding P&C teams of 30+, success within the delegated authority and MGA space, and a track record of effectively scaling premium and operations. Additionally, strong financial and strategic leadership experience is a requirement as this role will have full P&L responsibility for this growing division.
You do not need to come from a sports & entertainment background to be considered, any mix of industries that covers property, casualty, or accident & health is transferable as long as you have true MGA experience.
