Our growing hybrid fronting carrier client is adding to their Programs team and looking for a Senior Programs Underwriter to help manage a diverse portfolio of programs from a referral, underwriting oversight, and cross-functional standpoint to ensure the continued profitability and success of these books.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of underwriting experience across any mix of production or program underwriting, with a background in Property & Casualty, Specialty, and/or Professional Lines. This person will work closely with Program Administrators and internal teams across Actuarial, Claims, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Legal, and will be involved in everything from new program due diligence and onboarding to underwriting guidelines, forms, pricing, renewals, portfolio analytics, and ongoing program performance.
