Smith and Wilkinson has been retained by $3.9B Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston Salem, NC, on a search for the Credit Union’s first Chief Retail Banking Officer. The Chief Retail Banking Officer will assume the direct oversight of Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Residential Lending, the Member Contact Center and Investment Services. This is an extremely large role that will seek candidate with the ability to manage multiple lending teams in different departments and a network over 30 branches in 3 different states. The ideal candidate will be decisive, have the operational drive to accomplish tasks and have a specialty in project management with the ability to connect these five departments as one fluid team.
