Reporting to the SVP, Chief Operating Officer, the SVP, Retail & Growth Officer will lead the Marketing, Retail, and Business Development teams to drive organizational growth, market presence, and member engagement. This executive will develop and implement innovative, data-driven marketing and sales strategies focused on lead generation, conversion, and measurable ROI. They will build a strong sales and service culture that drives deposit, loan, and membership growth while leveraging digital, community-based, and analytics-driven initiatives to expand market share, strengthen brand equity, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
