Smith & Wilkinson is proud to be partnering with Bristol County Savings Bank (“BCSB”) to manage the search and selection process for the Bank’s newly created leadership position: Vice President of Data Analytics.
Founded in 1846 and headquartered in Taunton, Massachusetts, BCSB is a longstanding mutual community bank that embodies the best of what a community bank can be. For generations, the Bank has served consumer and business customers throughout southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, providing financial stability to its customers and communities through good times and bad.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this newly created leadership role will be responsible for advancing BCSB’s enterprise data analytics capabilities, helping the Bank more effectively leverage data to support business growth, customer intelligence, operational efficiency, and decision making. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on analytics leader with strong technical capabilities, business acumen, and experience translating data into meaningful business insights.
