VP of Engineering, remote!
Our client, a leading property & casualty policy comparison website, is seeking a strategic yet hands-on VP of Engineering to lead and scale a 55-person U.S.-based engineering organization supporting three critical consumer product platforms and AI initiatives.
Reporting to the CTO, this leader will revamp and optimize the company’s core platform to increase customer acquisition and retention, while ensuring efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across the engineering team.
You must have a minimum of 10 years of engineering leadership experience within a tech-forward, regulated company, and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance performance and efficiency. You’ll balance strategic vision with operational excellence and people development.
This is a remote role for someone ideally based in Central time zone; no one based in CA, MA, NJ, or NY will be considered) with quarterly on-site visits to their HQ in Texas.
