Our MGA client is building out a carrier function to service and expand an existing book of workers’ compensation business and is seeking an SVP, Business Head to create the operating model and execute all in-house carrier functions needed to support growth.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of leadership experience across operations and underwriting, with deep workers’ compensation expertise (mono-line or otherwise) and proven carrier-side experience. This leader will establish and oversee reporting functions, AM Best presentations, claims, finance, billing, technology, audit, and underwriting, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
