Natasha Schneider Joins Tyndall Federal Credit Union as SVP, Chief Financial Officer
June 2026 – Smith & Wilkinson was retained by Tyndall Federal Credit Union to lead the search for its SVP, Chief Financial Officer, concluding in the appointment of Natasha Schneider.
As Tyndall continues to execute its long-term strategic vision under President & CEO John Parillo, the credit union sought a collaborative financial executive capable of supporting sustainable growth, strengthening financial performance, and advancing the organization’s digital-first strategy. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Chief Financial Officer serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic oversight of financial planning, balance sheet management, regulatory compliance, and enterprise financial strategy.
Natasha brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the credit union industry, advancing from Financial Analyst to Chief Financial Officer through increasingly strategic roles in accounting, payments, operations, and enterprise finance. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at BrightStar Credit Union, where she provided executive leadership for finance, accounting, and payment services while partnering with executive leadership to support strategic growth, technology modernization, and organizational performance.
Throughout her career, Natasha has combined financial discipline with operational insight. She has led complex technology initiatives, including core, online banking, accounting, and card platform conversions, while delivering significant vendor savings, strengthening balance sheet performance, and guiding organizations through changing economic and regulatory environments. She is also known for her collaborative leadership style, developing high-performing teams and building strong partnerships across organizations.
In her new role, Natasha will lead Tyndall’s finance division, overseeing financial planning and analysis, asset-liability management, regulatory reporting, budgeting, investments, and long-term financial strategy. Her financial expertise, technology experience, and collaborative approach position her well to support Tyndall’s continued growth and service to its members.
