Our Fronting Carrier client is looking for a new Commercial Casualty Claims Director to take over a claims handling team and various TPA relationships to ensure claims are being closed within predetermined guidelines, ensuring efficiencies, and performance goals are met. This role will work closely with underwriting, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure TPA relationships are delivering.
Must be comfortable trouble shooting manual processing as the department enables more tech enabled initiatives, reviewing service agreements, and setting KPIs . Must have experience working with auto, workers comp, GL claims with various program partners.
Litigation experience a plus, as well as minimum of 8 years of casualty claims management experience working for a TPA or MGA/ program administrator. You must be based in Connecticut or Florida with monthly travel to an office near you.
