The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of producing profitable delegated authority partnerships, structuring binders and facilities, and managing relationships that deliver sustained GWP growth. You’ll leverage your network across MGAs, brokers, and capacity providers to identify new opportunities and align market appetite with innovative program solutions.
The role is fully remote and open to candidates nationwide, with a preference for those based in the East or Central U.S. regions. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with significant upside on performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth of a top-tier delegated authority platform.
