Our MGA client is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead all licensing and regulatory compliance functions across 50 states for a diverse mix of Property & Casualty programs.
This leader will oversee end-to-end compliance operations, including producer licensing, carrier and TPA oversight, regulatory filings, audits, and policy adherence. Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience and a proven track record building and managing compliance functions for MGAs. Deep understanding of state DOI regulations, multi-state filings, and licensing requirements is essential.
