Our client, a fast-growing, private equity-backed insurance program administrator focused on developing and scaling innovative MGAs, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Chief of Staff to drive operational excellence, talent strategy, and P&L performance across their MGA division.
This highly visible and entrepreneurial role reports directly to the Division Head and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership. The Chief of Staff will lead initiatives that enhance underwriting performance, streamline operations, and strengthen leadership capabilities across a 180-person division. You’ll design and execute organizational frameworks to support scale, guide cross-functional initiatives, and play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of MGA growth.
