October, 2025 — Smith & Wilkinson was retained by Norway Savings Bank to identify their next Vice President Commercial Loan Officer, responsible for managing and growing key commercial banking relationships across Southern Maine. The role called for a proven relationship banker with strong lending expertise, community connections, and the ability to drive new business development while maintaining portfolio quality.
After a targeted search, Smith & Wilkinson placed Jessica Scamman, an experienced commercial lender with a proven track record managing diverse portfolios and deep expertise in commercial banking. Based in Saco, Jessica has built strong relationships across Southern and Central Maine and is highly engaged in her community through local networking and business organizations.
