Tyndall Federal Credit Union Selects Christopher McGee as Their Next Chief Information Officer
November 2025 – S&W partnered with Tyndall Federal Credit Union (TFCU) to manage the executive search and selection of their next CIO. With their mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of TFCU’s members, the Credit Union was seeking a visionary technologist to help drive digital transformation in this purpose-driven organization.
Following a nationwide search, Tyndall selected Christopher McGee as Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining TFCU, Christopher served as CIO at Del Norte Credit Union, a $1.4B institution in Santa Fe, NM. Christopher is a forward-looking and highly strategic executive who brings expertise in cybersecurity, data analytics, digital banking, and strategic planning to Tyndall. In addition to his technical prowess, Christopher is well known for his “servant leadership” and was described by his colleagues at Del Norte as the type of leader “colleagues and team members gravitate towards.” He is an impactful leader with a strong commitment to his team, colleagues, and institution. Earlier in his career, Christopher also served as a critical member of the technology teams at Unicorn Financial Services and Pen Air Federal Credit Union. Christopher is thrilled to join TFCU and serve an organization with significant impact on his community in the Florida Panhandle.
The Tyndall Federal Credit Union engagement was managed by Moriah Callahan, Partner and Director of Recruiting, and Julia Crouter, Consultant.
