BankGloucester Selects Bill Esselstyn as Their Next VP of IT

September 2025 – Due to a planned retirement, BankGloucester partnered with Smith & Wilkinson to manage the executive search and selection process for the bank’s next Vice President of IT.  

Bill Esselstyn joined BankGloucester after serving Colonial Federal Savings Bank for more than 35 years. With a deep passion for community banking, Bill is a highly strategic technologist ready to use his expertise to drive operational efficiency to benefit the client experience.
