Lighthouse Credit Union Appoints Mari Anderson as Vice President of Finance
November 2025 – Lighthouse Credit Union selected Smith & Wilkinson to lead the executive search for its next Vice President of Finance.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created role was established to support Lighthouse’s next phase of growth, encompassing enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis, profitability modeling, strategic decision support, and the implementation of scalable systems and processes. The credit union sought a hands-on finance leader capable of operating strategically while partnering closely with leaders across the organization in a lean, high-growth environment.
Following a targeted executive search, Lighthouse appointed Mari Anderson as Vice President of Finance. Anderson brings more than 20 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at CommunityAmerica Credit Union, where she played a key role in building enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and profitability frameworks while supporting significant asset growth and organizational transformation.
