Webster Five appoints Michael Reid as the Bank’s next CFO and Treasurer
July 2025 – Following the promotion of Brian Westerlind to President and CEO of Webster Five, the Bank selected S&W to manage the executive search and selection process for their next CFO & Treasurer.
The bank was seeking a talented financial executive to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and champion bank wide strategy. Michael Reid was selected by Webster Five following a 14 year career with Enterprise Bank & Trust where he served as Senior Finance Manager, SVP. Responsible for the ALM program, Fixed Income Portfolio, budgeting and financing, Michael was a critical and trusted leader within the finance division. He looks forward to developing and implementing innovative bank-wide strategy to help further Webster Five’s strategic goals.
