Maspeth Federal Savings Selects Desi Ramos-Cooper as the Bank’s next Marketing Manager
February 2026 – Smith & Wilkinson partnered with Maspeth Federal Savings to manage the search for the bank’s next Marketing Manager. Headquartered in Maspeth, Queens, Maspeth Federal Savings has faithfully served their community and employees like family for more than 80 years. With over $2B in assets, Maspeth is a mutual community bank known for combining exemplary customer service with robust digital and mobile banking capabilities to best serve its clients. This search was focused on finding a creative marketing leader to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and serve as a right-hand partner to their Marketing Director.
Desi Ramos-Cooper is a dynamic communications and marketing leader. He brings extensive experience driving marketing and communications within complex, highly regulated environments. Most recently serving the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey’s Aviation Department, Desi has led large-scale digital, web, and on-site messaging. He brings financial services experience through his time at Voya Financial, serving as Corporate Communications Associate.
