Our client, a rapidly growing national P&C insurance carrier group, is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to support product and operational compliance across multiple lines of business.
This individual will play a key role in ensuring adherence to state regulatory requirements, including filings, audits, and partner oversight. Responsibilities include managing regulatory inquiries and consumer complaints, supporting state insurance filings and objections, monitoring regulatory and bureau changes, and conducting compliance reviews of partner programs. The role will also contribute to internal audits, reporting, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, with working knowledge of state DOI regulations, filings, and compliance processes across personal and/or commercial lines. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
