We are partnering with a rapidly growing embedded insurance and MGA platform within the PropTech and travel ecosystem to identify a Head of Programs to lead carrier relationships, program strategy, and insurance product development across renters, tenant liability, damage protection, and travel insurance offerings.
This role will sit at the intersection of underwriting, program management, product strategy, and go-to-market execution, partnering closely with carriers, distribution partners, compliance, and technology teams to structure and scale embedded insurance solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of program underwriting and operational leadership experience, ideally within an MGA, carrier innovation group, embedded insurance, or InsurTech environment, along with strong knowledge of carrier management, product development, portfolio analysis, and admitted/E&S markets.
Experience with travel insurance and/or renters insurance products is highly preferred, as is the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment where the business is building toward more sophisticated MGA and capacity capabilities over time.
