June 24, 2024. Municipal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Marta Paluch as their next Card Services Supervisor. Ms. Paluch brings over 15 years of experience in debit and credit card operations to MCU and has demonstrated abilities in leading teams and managing end-to-end dispute processing for debit and credit cards. She has held key roles at Polish Slavic Federal Credit Union and most recently served as the Card Fraud Operations Specialist at Columbia Bank.

Founded in 1916, Municipal Credit Union is New York City’s oldest credit union, serving over 600,000 members, including thousands of police officers, firefighters, nurses, and other everyday heroes who keep the city running. MCU operates 16 branches and has nearly $4.5 billion in assets.
