As the Growth and Customer Experience Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the bank’s retail sales initiatives, enhancing employee morale, and improving customer experience across all branches. Reporting to the Head of Retail and Customer Support, you will lead the branch managers and retail staff, focusing on strategies that increase deposit and consumer loan growth. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the retail banking environment, customer needs, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
