Our fast growing, private-equity backed insurance program administrator client, is seeking an experienced and pragmatic Senior Corporate Counsel to focus on risk evaluation, negotiation strategy, internal counsel, and governance oversight, ensuring that legal risk is managed while enabling entrepreneurial execution across all business units.
This role will manage the legal function and support team, while supporting a wide range of operational needs including corporate contracts, licensing, claims, compliance, and HR-related legal matters. This Corporate Counsel will guide the departments evolution in response to growing scale, regulatory complexity, and increasing M&A activity.
The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of legal experience, ideally with an MGA, carrier, reinsurer, or program administrator. Prior experience with a large national or global law firm is a plus. A JD is required.
