Broker Distribution Manager

Our global MGA client is growing in the US and now hiring an experienced Broker Distribution Head to drive their retail and wholesale distribution strategy for their US based program partners. 

This role will partner with existing programs offering niche solutions across farm/ag, professional liability, construction, transportation, and beyond to access more retailers and wholesalers throughout the country, driving increased revenue, identifying cross selling opportunities, negotiating new broker/ agent partnerships, and breaking into new markets.  

This role will also work with leadership to identify emerging product trends as well as market revisions to maximize profitability.

You must have at least 10 years of commercial property & casualty sales experience, working in a carrier or MGA partnerships role, broking or agency development capacity to be considered as well as a significant rolodex amongst retailers and wholesalers.

Position is fully remote and comes with great growth opportunity as the company continues to build around the US.  You are expected to travel throughout the year to industry events and to broker houses to grow/ maintain relationships.
