Our scaling fronting carrier client is adding to their Casualty/ Professional Liability Programs Team and looking for an VP-level program / portfolio casualty underwriter to help manage a dozen programs from a referral and cross functional standpoint to ensure the continued success of these books.
The ideal candidate will have a strong underwriting background in any mix of admitted and commercial General Liability, Auto and Excess casualty or professional liability business (MGA experience is a plus, but not mandatory), will interface with back-office departments and externally with brokers and program leaders running due diligence of underwriting guidelines, forms, market analysis, and more.
This position will join a team of proactive and detail-oriented underwriters around the U.S. and must report to their NYC office 1-2 days a week if local, or once a month if out of state. Please contact Stacy St. Onge to learn more!
