Reporting directly to the President & CEO and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, this critical leadership role will oversee all commercial lending, commercial deposit, and cash management activities. The Chief Commercial Banking Officer will lead a seasoned team of commercial lenders and support staff, with responsibility for portfolio growth, credit quality, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with experience driving transformation, building high-performing commercial teams, and delivering results in the middle-market. This individual will need the ability to move quickly, make sound decisions, and build deep client relationships.
