Claims Manager

Our insurtech client who provides coverage for ecommerce refunds and damaged goods, is in the process of becoming their own carrier. We are looking to fill an in house claims subject matter expert role to help them
automate and establish their own high volume claims process as they establish themselves as a full service carrier.

This role will be hands on setting up processes and procedures on how to automate their claims handling, advise on more of their complex claims, grow the team, and work closely with legal, finance, and the co-founders on how to scale from a claims perspective.  Any mix of general property & casualty high volume claims handling experience is required, as well as carrier experience, and licensing.
