The Director of Cash Management and Treasury Services will manage the various cash management needs and functions of Washington Trust’s commercial (C&I, Business Banking and CRE), and municipal clients. Most importantly this individual will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the Bank’s successful cash management team to drive the Bank’s deposit gathering and fee income objectives. The successful candidate will have experience developing key metrics and sales strategies to ensure the team delivers on the goals of the organization, as well as driving growth and retention of client relationships.
