This key strategic role, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance within the Risk Management team.
For over a century, MCU has served more than 600,000 members, delivering financial products and services with excellence and integrity. The Director, QC & QA will play a critical role in safeguarding MCU’s operational integrity by developing and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance and control frameworks. This leader will drive compliance, mitigate risk, and enhance efficiency across multiple business units – fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned QA/QC professional with 7+ years of experience in financial services (preferably in credit unions or banking), a strong grasp of regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to lead quality assurance programs in high-volume environments.
