Our High Net Worth/ Personal Lines Carrier client is growing their group excess program and in need of an Underwriting Manager to reassess their guidelines and appetite, reprioritize their broker/ agent relationships, and manage the overall day to day production and renewal of this $30mill GWP book to help them increase revenue and territories.
This will not manage a team day one but will rather partner with the leaders of the book to revamp how they’re doing business today.
